This report is about a very bad lie that has taken place in British Columbia's Education and
Employment Systems-Plural-All Over The Place!
1. When I, Murray S. Fenwick, moved to the province of British Columbia, Canada there was a great
big stirring going on in Parliament about Education and Job Employment.
2. The school that I attended at this time, 1961, was named North Saanitch Secondary School.
3. This Public School was located near the end of The Saanitch Peninsula on Vancouver Island.
4. The little village of Sidney also made use of this Public School.
5. Sidney was about 2 miles away from this Public School.
The stirring that was in Parliament was the following.
6. Just how much Education did a person have to have in order to get a job in The Province of British
Columbia?
7. You can easily understand the inter-connection of the stirring in Parliament and The Many School
Systems in The Province of British Columbia over such an issue and The Public School System
was one of those very systems.
8. There was a lot of talk in school over this issue and every students ears were on the alert as to what
Parliament was going to say about this Education Issue.
9. Finally Parliament made their decision as to just what to do and then said it publicly.
Parliaments decision was the following.
10. It was Parliaments decision that everyone in British Columbia had to be a Graduate of Grade 12
in order to get a job properly in British Columbia.
This decision of Parliaments was loudly broadcast all over The Province of British Columbia.
Everyone knew about This New Education Standard in The Province of British Columbia. This New
Standard Of Having To Have Grade 12 In Order To Apply For A Job Was Publicly Broadcast For
Quite A Long Time. It was even said all over The Province Of British Columbia that a person could
not get a job at all without having Graduated From Grade 12.
Unfortunately The Province Of British Columbia has not lived up to its new broad cast statements
of The 1960's Anno Domini.
I am going to write up here just one terrible example of where The Province Of British Columbia
is falling down on this subject. The job that I am going to report here is a very dangerous one to get
involved in no matter what education a person has. I will say why in this report. I have found this
falling down in this particular job and I do know from investigating it enough that The Government
of British Columbia never did show any serious concern for changing their education requirements
for being employed in
this particular job in British Columbia. Because this job is so dangerous to do
I personally do call this overall lack of education in this job "A VERY BIG STAB IN THE BACK,
AGAINST EVERY PERSON IN BRITISH COLUMBIA." THUS SAID!
Reader Read On! The reason why this job is so very dangerous to do by any non educated
person or an educated person is that it does apply drugs of different descriptions to a human beings
nervous systems and to the human brain and if this job is not done well then the person who has had
the drugs applied to them unfortunately will get nervous and brain disorders taking place. This sickness is very serious.
1. When I moved to The Crazy Town Of Sidney with my parents in about 1961 it was not long before
the other family children did move from Ontario to Sidney also.
BUT;
2. My sister was not moving to Sidney but visiting us, her family in Sidney, when she came there.
3. My sister was enroute to Hollywood, The State Of California, United States Of America.
4. My sister was enroute to Hollywood to further her career as a hair dresser.
5. My sister was interested in going to school in Hollywood and studying Organic Natural Hair
Dressing.
6. My sister had studied Commercial Hair Dressing in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
7. Upon my sisters graduation at the Commercial Hair Dressing School in Toronto she was asked by
both The Commercial Hair Dressing School and by people from Hollywood to go to Hollywood
and further her education there.
8. My sister did agree to do this.
BUT:
9. My sister was only visiting us in Terrible Sidney about 5 days and I was out with her walking
about town and a local gang in The Town Of Sick Sidney did poison my sister with a liquid drug
that had been put into a bottle of pop.
10. My sister had just one drink of that poison pop and her mind was ruined for the rest of her life.
11. My sister did not act normal after just one drink of pop for the rest of her now very short life.
12. That poison pop did lead to her very early decease at the age of twenty five years of age.
13. My sister never did go on to Hollywood.
14. My sister dropped dead in Poisonous Sidney.
BUT:
1. This poisoning of my sister did lead to something else.
This something else is the following.
2. People started to wonder why my sister walked across the road crooked and then at times did fall
down.
3. People started to wonder why my sister talked with a bit of a slur.
4. People started to wonder why my sister put her sweater on backwards.
Readers eventually a lot of people wondered if something was wrong with my sister.
You see Readers no-one in Terrible Sidney would admit that they did publicly poison my sister with a bottle of poison pop.
You see Readers eventually people came to the conclusion that my sister had to be spoken to about
going about town with her shoes on the wrong foot.
Therefore Readers in comes this "EDUCATION PROBLEM".
Readers to keep this report reasonably short but to the point enough.
1. The "EDUCATION PROBLEM" that walked in to talk to my sister about her, unknown to them,
poison pop problem is none other than The Infamous British Columbia Mental Health Board.
Readers The British Columbia Mental Health Board were most cruel.
2. The British Columbia Mental Health Board never did have any more education that "The Dogs In
The Facelessness Of The Full Drugged Moon".
Therefore Readers the following is what happened.
3. The British Columbia Mental Health Board did drug my sister this way with crazy pills.
4. Then The British Columbia Mental Health Board did drug my sister the other way with even crazier pills yet.
Readers going from bad to worse right here did happen to my little pop poisoned sister.
Readers then "THE UNEDUCATED" British Columbia Mental Health Board did decide to outright
"ILLEGALLY" experiment with my sister by giving her unknown pills.
Readers then my little pop poisoned sister was put into a house in Terrible Sidney and was killed out right by the last doctor attending her with poison pills or by a known member of The Original Pop
Poison Murder Gang.
I do know who this particular member of The Pop Murder Gang, The Swimmers Gang and You Name It Gang is and I am waiting in foreign law offices to have him picked up for his murder scenes.
I do hope that he will be executed along with the rest of his murder gang, gangs.
At any rate readers:
Did you know that The British Columbia Mental Health is "UNEDUCATED" in their chosen field
of employment and in their business of administering Prescription Pills, Medications call them what
you will.
Readers this serious murder killing of my sister did take place in about 1961 Anno Domini.
Readers did you know that today that is In The Year Of Our Lord 2014 The Mental Health Board
Murderers are still "UNEDUCATED".
Readers this does mean that Parliament did in truth stab the provinces general public in the back with false public statements about furthering ones education in order to get a job properly, and to upgrade
the general people of the province through a proper education.
Readers I do say to The Parliamentarians that should a race be run as to just who did-does lie the
most to the provinces general public that "You Parliamentarians" do certainly do win that liers race and do get "The Blackened Down Championship Cake" for doing it.
Readers I do believe that Satan Of The King James Bible does go to The Parliament Building right
here in Victoria and does say to The Parliamentarians that "I Satan, The Killer Of Christ" have come
here to follow you because you are more evil than I am.
P.S.=Post Script=The Following Report:
Readers did you know that after The Lieing Parliamentarians publicly voiced, vomited out, their new
educational ideas, lies, that they did discontinue "Proper Grammar and Proper Mathematics" from
being taught in Public Schools in The Province of British Columbia, Canada.
READERS WITH STARTDOM IN YOUR EYES READ ON:
1. I, Murray S. Fenwick, did not live long in Sick Sidney "By The Sea" Well "Thrown To The Sea",
and I met A Nice Man from Hollywood who did just move to The Now Sunken Sidney By The
Seashores Of Hell.
Readers I will not mention his name here but I am sure that you can get this Nice Mans name from The Advocate who is just located a little ways along on my street at 163 West Pender Street,
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. V6B-1S4. Phone number is 604-689-7938.
Readers what happened is the following.
2. The Nice Man from Hollywood, State Of California, now Canada, United States Of America came
to visit in the area of Sidney for a holiday.
3. The Nice Man and His Nice Wife did like the place.
4. It was not long before The Nice Man and His Nice Wife did buy land and a house and did move to
The Sidney Area.
5. The Nice Man was a cook as well as other good things.
6. I got to meet The Nice Man and His Nice Wife.
7. One day The Nice Man asked me to do a little bit of work for him.
8. I went out to The Nice Man's rural home for a few days and did work for him.
9. The Nice Man talked to me about some of the nice things that he liked to do in Hollywood and
also about some of the nice things that he planned to do in British Columbia too.
Readers "THEN"!
1. I went for a walk one day and I was standing on the corner of Beacon Avenue and 3rd. St.
2. Up walked to me one of The Swimmers Gang, a man.
3. The Swimmers Gang Member stopped to talk to me awhile.
4. The first thing that he said is he pointed up Beacon Avenue at The Nice Man from Hollywood and
said we have already attacked him with drugs and soon we are going to kill him.
Readers "WELL"!
5. It was not long before The Nice Man was dead and in his grave.
Readers: Once again The Swimmers Gang struck out at someone and killed them right off.
Readers:
The Nice Man from Hollywood had done nothing wrong.
The Swimmers Gang just did not want him around and decided to murder him and murder him
they did!
Readers: The following short reports are examples of just what can happen and does happen when
people are not properly trained for the job that they are supposed to do. This is just one of
the real reasons that people all over The Province of British Columbia wanted the education
standards through-out The Province of British Columbia raised to at least meet the job
requirements in order to get the job done properly.
Report 1: This report is about what a person used to be called here in British Columbia if they were
not trained properly in Automobile Mechanics and did still try to do the job of a properly
trained Automobile Mechanic.
1. The untrained person was called "A Back Yard Mechanic".
Readers read this: The local Hospital's Ambulance would not start properly every time and all of the
time.
1. The local Hospital people decided that their Ambulance needed to be tuned up.
2. The Hospital hired "The Untrained Mechanic" to tune up their Ambulance.
3. Because "The Untrained Mechanic" did not know how to tune up The Hospitals Ambulance he, or
she just decided to put a new battery into The Hospital's Ambulance.
4. When The Hospitals people came to "The Back Yard Mechanic's" home to pick up their
Ambulance from "The Crooked Old Building" that "The Back Yard Mechanic" had propped up
to make his "Back Yard Mechanic's Garage" out of their Ambulance was running and they simply
paid "The Back Yard Mechanic" his wages and then drove off down the street to go back to Their
Hospital.
BUT
5. On Their way back to the local Hospital the Hospital employees got a wireless message in the
Hospital Ambulance to not come back directly to the Hospital but to go to a known heart patients
home and pick him up in the Hospitals Ambulance and bring him directly to the local Hospital
because his heart might stop on him and he might die if not brought directly and quite fast to the
Hospital.
Readers what happened is the following:
6. When the Hospital employees arrived at the heart sick man's home they immediately shut off the
Ambulance and then got out of the Ambulance and went into the heart sick man's house to fetch
him out as quickly as possible to get the poor heart sick man to the Hospital on time in order to
save his life.
7. When the Hospital employees knocked on the heart sick man's door the heart sick man was right
there at the door and ready to leave double quick.
8. The Hospital employees had no problem getting the heart sick man into the Hospital's Ambulance
an it seemed like in just a matter of moments everyone was back into the Hospitals Ambulance and
ready to go back to the Hospital very quickly.
9. Unfortunately the Hospitals Ambulance would not start up running right now immediately.
10. Moments dragged on into minutes.
11. Then suddenly the heart sick patient cried out for help.
12. Within just a few more minutes the heart sick patient, she, did die.
Readers:
13. The heart sick patient did die because of "The Back Yard Mechanic" not tuning up the Hospitals
Ambulance enough, properly, call it what you want to. "The Back Yard Mechanic's" work of just
putting a new battery into the Hospitals Ambulance was not enough tuning up work done to the
Hospitals Ambulance to make it start up and run right now, immediately.
Readers:
14. The Hospitals Ambulance would simply just not start up and run right now and immediately.
Therefore the people of British Columbia politically campaigned with The Parliament Buildings
that are located in Victoria, British Columbia on Vancouver Island in order to get the education
standards raised in The Province of British Columbia in order that there would be no more deaths
taking place in The Hospitals Ambulances because of "The Back Yard Mechanic".
Readers: This problem of "No Proper Training" does unfortunately go through-out a lot of different
kinds of jobs in The Province of British Columbia, Canada that do need "Properly Trained
People" on the job.
Readers: this is another short report about how untrained people can cause people to very easily lose
their lives. People die on The British Columbia Coast every year because of these exact
trial some, trouble some, very faulty workmanship that is carried out by untrained people.
Readers: this time the very serious trouble making people are called "The Back Yard Boat Builder,
Shipwright, etc."
Readers: this short report is about how peoples deaths can be brought about quite easily.
Readers: these kinds of deaths are happening on the B.C. Coast all of the time.
1. Some unknowing person or persons think that they would like to own a boat. For what-ever reason
that person or those people want to own a nice safe boat.
2. Therefore those people involved go out looking for a boat.
3. Those people have a price range that they can pay for a boat.
4. Those people talk to boat dealers about the type of boat they want to buy.
5. Those people talk to boat dealers about how much they can afford to pay for the boat.
Readers: what happens is the following.
6. "The Back Yard Boat Repair People" get involved with those people who are out looking for a
boat to buy just like "The Back Yard Mechanics" get involved with people who are out looking for
a car to buy.
Readers: what happens is the following.
7. The people were interested in buying a boat do buy a boat and then go to sea with that boat.
8. Then all of those people who did buy that boat drowned because their boat that they did just
purchase went and did sink of them while they were in that boat.
9. Unfortunately everyone in that boat did drowned.
Readers: what did cause that boat to sink is the following.
10. "The Back Yard Boat Repair People" who sold that sunken boat to those people who were
interested in buying a boat did not know what they were doing when that now sunken boat did
need a certain kind of repair done to it.
Readers: the type of repair that the now sunken boat needed to have done to it was it needed to be
very seriously re-calked.
Readers: "The Back Yard Boat Repair People" did re-calk the boat but they were not trained in how
to calk a boat properly.
Readers: what happened is after the boat was launched by the new owners of the boat "The
Improperly Done Calking Job" immediately began to "Crawl" and literally fall out of the
boats seams that do exist between the boats planked up sides.
Readers: what does occur when this "Crawling" takes place is that the planked up boat is no longer
water tight and does leak in water and should this "Crawling" take place a whole lot on that
specific boat then that specific boat can very easily sink from taking into the boat itself to
much water.
Readers: there is very specific training when a person is aspiring to become "A Properly Trained
Shipwright" about how "A Shipwright" is to "Calk" a boat properly.
Readers: should "A Back Yard Boat Repair Person" "Calk" a boat improperly then the person or
persons who do use that specific boat do run the risk of drowning because of "The Calking
Crawling" that can and in some cases does take place. The improperly "Calked Boat"
simply does leak into the boat to much water and does sink therefore everyone who is in the
improperly "Calked Boat" can drowned.
Readers: obviously the drowning of the person or people in "The Improperly Calked Boat" does
certainly depend exactly where the sinking boat is located at the time of its sinking and also
on just what life saving gear is on hand and available when the boat does sink as well as the
capabilities of the people who are in the sinking boat to swim to shore or to live a long time
in cold water etc. but I repeat a lot of people do drowned from exactly this kind of "Back
Yard Boat Repair" that is going on all over The Coast Of British Columbia, Canada.
Readers: the following is a little professional information on "Calking A Boat Etc.".
1. calk=cork
2. calker, a person who calks boats, ships etc.
3. calk resembles strings and ropes of different sizes of diameter
4. calk resembles also bundles of wool that is in the shape of unspun wool in a ball. This kind of
calking is made in this manner in order that The Shipwright does spin the calk into the size of
diameter etc. that is needed for a specific job that he has to calk.
5. Oakum: the substance of old ropes untwined and pulled into loose hemp, used for calking the
seams of ships, stopping leaks, etc. Oakum that is made from untarred ropes is called white oakum.
Readers: there is a proper calking hammer
Readers: there is also a proper calking iron that resembles a chisel
Readers: to calk is to drive tar, oakum etc. into the seams of (a boat etc.) to prevent its admitting
water; also, to stop up (cracks of windows, pipes etc.) with filler
Readers: this problem of "The Back Yard Boat Repair Person" does affect all boats no matter what
material they are made out of. Its either a fiber glass boat that has had a hole patched up on
it by "A Back Yard Boat Repair Person" who does not know how to mix the fiber glass
resin properly. When the improperly mixed fiber glass resin is applied to the fiber glass
mat that is placed over the boat's hole and left there to dry it is a perfectly made trouble
spot on that boat as ever could be made. When the fiber glass boat is placed back into the
water this kind of improperly made patch does come off and the boat is then subject to
taking into itself water that can and does at times sink that boat. People do die from this
improperly patched up fiber glass sunk boat just the same as from a wooden one that does
sink from having "The Calking Crawl."
Readers: this is just talking about "Fiber Glass Patch Ups And Calking That Does Crawl"
Readers: Just wait until you study thoroughly enough about the trouble that can and does beset the
understanding boat people and to the very unlearned boat people when in a boat for some
reason the boats engine decides to blow up from improper maintenance or the transom that
does literally fall off of your boat from an over powerful out board engine being placed onto
it that was to strong and heavy for the boats transom to support properly.
Readers: this all comes from improper training in jobs and all of it can lead to people being
killed by "A Job Being Improperly Done."
Readers: Thank You Very Much
Murray S. Fenwick
P.S. Readers: It is the same kind of things happen when the boat is made from metal.
1. The first thing that happens is that a person who has not been trained in welding
themselves buys themselves a welding machine.
2. The next thing that happens is that untrained person tries to weld holes closed on
metal boats.
3. The untrained person does not know how to adjust the electric current on the
welding machine itself properly therefore there will be a welding problem right
there. A person who has been trained in welding properly knows that the electric
current passing through the electric welding box has to be adjusted just right in
order that the welding rod does melt properly and by melting properly it does make
a proper weld.
4. The second thing that the untrained welding person does do it they use the wrong
welding rod for the job that has to be done. The untrained welding person does not
even know that there are different welding rods for different welding jobs.
Readers: The same thing happens here that does happen on other boats that are made out of other
materials. Unfortunately for those people who are in that faulty welded boat and who are
at sea with that faulty welded boat the faulty welds do break open and sea water rushes into
the boat sinking that faulty welded boat.
Readers: Once again everybody drowns!
Readers: Once again we have a problem driving down the roads of British Columbia that did come
about from the lack of proper education.
Readers: This report is about a road. Yes Readers "Literally A Road."
1. This report on a road took place in The Interior of British Columbia somewhere.
2. As far as I remember it took place in the 1960's.
3. Whether it took place in The Interior or The Cariboo does not matter. This road report took place
in The Inside of British Columbia.
4. Mr. Someone decided to build a road.
5. Therefore that Mr. Someone went and hired for himself some surveyors and road builders etc.
Readers: This road report was spoken of for quite some time. The road report was on television or
on the radio or in the newspaper. It seemed to me that everyone in British Columbia did
know about it.
6. The work on the road progressed quite well.
7. The building of this road went on for quite a long time.
8. Then after the surveyors and road builders had built 18 miles of this road.
9. There was a very big argument about just where " The Road Was Being Built" and Where The
Road Was Supposed To Be Built."
10. Finally "PROPERLY TRAINED PEOPLE INVESTIGATED THIS ROAD."
Readers: What was found out by "THE PROPERLY TRAINED PEOPLE" is the following!
11. The road was plain and simply in the wrong location.
Readers: "THE PROPERLY TRAINED PEOPLE" brought about a lot of trouble about this road
being built in the wrong place.
Readers: After all of the "PROFESSIONAL ARGUEMENTS" put forward by "THE PROPERLY
TRAINED PEOPLE" the surveyors were found to be guilty for not properly surveying
the road's accurate location.
Readers: It turned out after a lot of investigation that the surveyors who were hired to survey the
roads accurate location "WERE NOT TRAINED PROPERLY" to do such a job.
Readers: Because of law suites etc. everyone including Mr. Someone went broke.
Readers: What "THE NON TRAINED SURVEYORS DID DO" was they simply measured the
distance to the new road by "A STRAIGHT LINE", the way a crow flies.
Readers: "THE NON TRAINED SURVEYORS DID NOT" take into consideration the difference in
distances when you survey land by going up and down all of the hills and around corners
and avoiding swamps etc.
Remember Readers: That for not hiring "PROPERLY TRAINED PEOPLE" like surveyors and road
builders who owned a lot of machinery like back hoes and bulldozers etc.
everyone went broke from law suites that were held against them.
Thank You Very Much Readers,
Signed: Murray S. Fenwick.
