#88. Carnegie Centre, 401 Main Str., Van., B.C., Canada.

This report is about Carnegie Centre, 401 Main Street, Vancouver, British Columbia,
Canada, V6A-2T7.

Readers the reason why I have written up this report is to support honest justice in this,
my homeland, and other lands through-out the world in general.

Dear Readers of this report in foreign lands.
This page is very important for you to read.

    Centre
2. it is important to know that very heavy illegal drug abuse has been involved in and
    about Carnegie Centre

    Carnegie Centre

Because of these terrible crimes going on both in and about Carnegie Centre I have to
say the following statement.

I have to inform my Readers to be very careful when approaching any person who has
been in any senior job position in Carnegie Centre or who has been somehow attached
to anyone who has been working in any senior job position in Carnegie Centre.

I worn my Readers
to be on the sharp look-out for,
1. gun attack
2. knife attack
3. illegal drug attack
4. any form of criminal assault,

    when approaching anyone from Carnegie Centre who is involved in any  form of
    senior job position in The Centre.

I do not want to see any of my Readers get hurt.
I do worn you to be on the sharp look-out.

These Carnegie Centre Criminals have a very long distance travelling range. I have
very strong reasons to believe that they are in Mexico with a detrimental settlement.
The settlement in Mexico intentionally does bother other people.

Because of this very long distance of travel I do believe,
1. that your Mexican Border Patrols should be warned about these Carnegie Centre
    Criminals
2. other offices that are in existence to help protect the Mexican Country should be
    notified as well
3. and possibly Mexican Private Investigators should also be notified

All Other Nations should pay heed to my warnings right here

I do know it is true that "SOME" Volunteer Workers at Carnegie Centre are also
involved in Crime at Carnegie Centre. I did not include the part time, Volunteer
Workers, at Carnegie Centre in this report because I do not know what they are doing.
There are many Volunteer Workers at Carnegie Centre and it would take a lot of time
to do the needed research in order to figure out each individual. I, Murray S. Fenwick,
cannot do that kind of investigation.

1. Carnegie Centre is completely out of place in what it does at times
2. Carnegie Centre said that it would handle My Military Court Case for me
3. this was wrong of Carnegie Centre to even get involved
4. Carnegie Centre did handle My Military Court Case properly
5. Carnegie Centre said that they would handle My Military Court Case again
6. Then, for some reason, Carnegie Centre "STALLED OFF" handling My Military
    Court Case
7. Pertaining to my Military Court Case, Because of the way that Carnegie Centre did
    mismanage My Military Court Case the situations pertaining to My Military Court
    Case got very seriously bad to handle properly that Carnegie Centre literally shut
    their mouths about My Military Court Case and would not even talk to me about
    My Military Court Case or on how My Military Court procedings were coming along
8. Carnegie Centre did make me serious trouble by mismanaging my Military Court
    Case for at least a couple of years. After a couple of years of this Carnegie Centre
    trouble making I had to go down the street and talk to a full time Advocate as to
    finding out how my Military Court Case was coming along. I found out from The
    Advocacy that my Military Court Case had been completely shut down by Carnegie
    Centre through Carnegie Centre mismanaging my Military Court Case. Carnegie
    Centre did make me a lot of trouble right here.
9. the full time Advocate told me straight that Carnegie Centre was wrong in getting
    involved in My Military Court Case. Carnegie Centre was not supposed to handle My
    Military Court Case what-so-ever
10. The full time Advocate told me that Carnegie Centre is known for making trouble
      and they should have never committed even a light letter or any kind of light type
      of help of any kind at all. They, that is Carnegie Centre, should have never told me
      that they were the people to help me in any way
11. Carnegie Centre then lied to me by telling me that they lost My Military File on a
      bus
12. My Military File was classed by Ottawa as A Private File
13. My Military File should never have gone anywhere outside of Carnegie Centre's
      own filing cabinet

this whole Lieing Helping Hand of Carnegie Centre turned into a big mess

I finally had to go to Veterans Affairs and then to Ottawa again for another full copy
of my  Private Ottawa File

It did take a long time to catch Carnegie Centre doing this, wrongly, and it took a lot of
time and energy to straighten this out

The full time Government Advocate and Others have told me that Carnegie Centre is
infamous for doing these kinds of wrong things. Carnegie Centre simply does not mind
their own business. Carnegie Centre does intentionally, knowingly, make trouble doing
these kinds of bad things.

this turned into a very bad scene
months of waiting to do My Military Court Case turned into years of waiting around
Carnegie Centre's Halls with nothing being accomplished, done.

My Military Documents, File out of Ottawa are classed as Private Information by
Ottawa. This bad scene that was made by Carnegie Centre should never have be
allowed to have happened. Carnegie Centre simply said to me "that your case was lost
on a bus" and then Carnegie Centre would turn around and just walk away from me.

I repeat for my readers: It took a lot to straighten this situation out.

I have talked this around Carnegie Centre a little very carefully and I have proven
beyond the shadow of any doubt that a man who was classed as an employee of
Carnegie Centre on a regular basis is guilty of committing this bad crime against a
young drug addict girl.

1. this is a very serious case because it does involve illegal gun play and illegal knife
    attack in and about Carnegie Centre.
2. The Girl Drug Addict said that she had a sexual affair with The Man Employee Of
    Carnegie Centre.
3. The Drug Addict Woman talked about this sexual love affair in many ways. She
    said that it was thrilling to be with The Man Employee Of Carnegie Centre playing
    violins etc. and their guest that came to their home were just wonderful. This kind of
    experience went on and on.
4. Finally this sexual love affair fell apart and The Drug Girl fell apart because of it.

5. Many negative things were said about The Man Employee by The Drug Girl. The
    Drug girl claimed that The Man Employee did out right abandone her. She said that
    he did use her and abuse her and then did throw her out of their home.

6. These statements that were said by The Drug Girl publicly did put a lot of dark
    clouds of serious mistrust against The Employee from all kinds of social directions.

7. The Drug Girl very seriously fell apart from being mistreated by her husband The
    Employee and did say things about other people all over the place because she was
    so very upset. The things that The Drug Girl did say publicly about others were
    usually in error and it did seem that The Drug Girl was simply upset about being
    beat up in her body and thrown out of her home.

8. Just one example of this false accusing of others is The Drug girl did accuse a
    volunteer man at Carnegie Centre for having a sexual affair with her friend who was
    another Street Drug Addict.

9. The Drug Girls accusing was completely false but the accusation could be used to
    begin a very serious investigation into illegal gun attacks and illegal knife attacks
    and other very serious criminal offenses.

10. Quite a number of people did think that The Drug Girls girl friend was completely
      insane.

11. For some peculiar reason Carnegie Centre did say publicly that The Drug Girl's
      girl friend was out right crazy.

12. The Drug Girl's friend soon went onto a missing persons list, very seriously, and
      has never been seen again.

13. Generally speaking a lot of people did think that Carnegie Centre was right in
      saying that The Drug Girl's girl friend was seriously crazy and for some reason
      they did also agree in saying that very statement in public.

Now Readers a little change in how my thoughts are written up here in this report.

14. I, Murray S. Fenwick, was not a close friend of either The Drug Girl or The Drug
      Girl's girl friend.

15. I simply knew these two women from my being in and about Carnegie Centre. I
      knew them both about enough to say hello or goodby but this might be stretching
      my knowing these two women a little too.

16. I thought that Carnegie Centre was right, that The Drug Girls girl friend was crazy
      and I think that The Drug Girl was also crazy.

At any rate by my being in Carnegie Centre and knowing these two women I came to
know some things that they were doing, not everything that they were doing, but just
some things. That is how I came to know about The Drug Girl's false accusations
against all man kind when she was beaten up and thrown out of her house by her boy
friend Mr. Employee. That is part of how I found out about some things that these two
women were involved with in another location, just down the street from Carnegie
Centre.

I checked this out!
1. The Drug Girl and The Drug Girl's girl friend had been or still were illegal drug
    addicts, prostitutes, and get this "POSSIBLE" murderers and cannibals of all of man
    kind.

For my readers to understand this they would have to do a very long study of these two
women. This is my report on these two women subjects right here but there is a lot that
has to be looked into in the manner of investigations to really see these two women in
proper perspective and understand this very serious Carnegie Centre criminal case.

2. these false accusations that were made by The Drug Girl against all of man kind
    did for certain travel right out the doors of Carnegie Hall onto the street and did
    reach into the ears of every local and foreign illegal drug seller and prostitute etc.
    that were on all of the streets of all of Vancouver and where ever they went abroad.

3. These false shouts and screams of The Drug Girls could very easily have brought
    about the three gun shots that were fired at a person, being man or a woman, just
    outside of Carnegie Hall and the knife attacks that were thrust against, man or a
    woman, inside of Carnegie Halls.

4. These shouts and screams of The Drug Girl's did also give many people a very bad
    name in and about Carnegie Halls.

5. The Drug Girl did say publicly several times that she had been sexually raped badly
    a whole lot.

6. The Drug Girl said that men did nick-name her with bad sexually orientated names
    which did name her as the sex girl to be raped. Those bad names did hurt The Drug
    Girls "Heart, Feelings".

7. At times when The Drug Girl was being sexually assaulted the bad men who did do
    the sexual assault did hit her about a lot with fist punches and  feet kicks.

8. The Drug Girl did say she did feel like a poor forlorn girl thrown about in a pool
    table sex game and then thrown out after the horrible sexual abuse was once again
    over. The pool table pockets were the corners of dumped out turned over rooms
    where she was thrown after sexual abuse.

9. The Drug Girl said that part of what happened to her was she was found on the
    street a poor little street child by Carnegie Centre. Carnegie Centre said to her that
    they would bring her in to Carnegie Centre and properly educate her.

The Drug Girl happened to be quite a very attractive girl.

Unfortunately for The Drug Girl once she had entered Carnegie Centre The Employee
took The Drug Girl up into his arms and said that he would do her good but did only
use and abuse her sexually all over the place.

10. The Drug Girl said that she was getting some education together but she was
      getting really beat up.

11. The Drug Girl said publicly that no-one seemed to care for her.

The Drug Girl said that all of her life she looked up at Carnegie Centre that appeared
to her like a great big Fairy Tale Castle on the corners of Hastings Street and Main
Street but The Employee who took her all the way up to the top of the spiral stair-case
then turned into some kind of dirty old Employee Man who threw her all the way down
the spiral stair case then out once again onto the illegal drug laden street corners of
Hastings Street and Main Street...

The Drug Girl claimed "Thrown Out and Greatly Used And Abused".

I say that this kind of abuse of ones position that The Employee of Carnegie Centre did commit against The Drug Girl did ruin all hopes and ideals of the poor in heart because at this point in her
wrecked life she had no-one else to turn to other than Carnegie Centre for help. I say that The
Employee is very wrong in his actions against The Drug Girl and is a Terrible Villain. The taken
advantaged of Drug Girl cried out for help and never got real help at all and because of the terrible
abuse that did happen to her at the merciless hand of The Employee she did fall down terribly. At
times, it is known, that these taken advantaged of Drug Girls can even pine-away and die from such
mistreatment.

12. My investigations did prove the sad truth that The Drug Girl was raised on the streets in and
      about Carnegie Centre.
13. The Drug Girl did admit that she was raised in and about Carnegie Centre on the streets.
14. I believe what happened here is that because The Drug Girl is quite an attractive young woman
      that The Employee somehow intentionally got a hold onto her the moment she entered Carnegie
      Centre to be educated. The Employee used and abused this girl sexually and then somehow threw
      her off in a bad manner that made her shout her heart out all over the town of Vancouver.

Because of the terrible women's abuse that did happen here I think that this scene should be investigated very carefully.

15. The Drug Girl definitely did aim this dirty sex assault scene at The Employee as being the
      assault man himself who did hurt her so badly.
16. The Drug Girl definitely did say all over Vancouver that The Employee of Carnegie Centre
      was the male partner in this sex assault scene that did ruin her.

I could put into this report many pages of abusive language and abusive sexual typology statements
that The Drug Girl did shout out but I really did not want to say many filthy statements publicly. This
sexual assault scene got so filthy that there was no beginning or end to it.

There is though, something that I would like to write down here to my readers that is very important
to know. It is through this very filthy, loud mouthed uncontrolled scene that The Drug Girl did have
that did show me what The Drug Girl and her boy friend, The Employee and some of her friends had
been involved in. They were all involved in very serious trouble making and their trouble making was made all the way from the centre of Carnegie Centre right out Carnegie Centre's Doors onto the street and then all the way down the street to an old hotel where they had all lived at one time and then onto The Nation Of Mexico. Readers this has to be remembered here because of the report that is to follow.

This report is about the storing of my books in Carnegie Centre by my personal request and then the
throwing of my books out of Carnegie Centre by A Woman Employee of Carnegie Centre. My books
were given to some unknown group of people without my consent. I did not know who received my
books therefore I could not go after my books and get them back.

1. I had asked if there was room to put a little locker in Carnegie Centre for the storage of some of
    my goods like books and I was told that it was not possible to do but I could store my books in
    A Woman Employee's area for safe keeping.

2. After I did ask permission from Carnegie Centre Senior Staff I did put my books into Carnegie
    Centre's Woman Employee's Said Safe Area.

3. It was said to me that this was a good safe place to store my books and this was said to me
    generally Carnegie Centre's Senior Staff. I asked quite a number of Carnegie Centre's Senior Staff
    for this privilege and they did say to me to go ahead and do it. They did say that it was completely
    safe.

4. I chose to store my books at Carnegie Centre because of criminal problems in and about the area
    where I lived.

5. Unfortunately The Woman Employee threw my books out. I do not know where?

6. Unfortunately The Woman Employee's excuse for throwing my books out does not stand up to my
    investigations.

7. The Woman Employee said that she threw my books out because I was not in Carnegie Centre to
    pick them up.

8. This statement does not stand up because I put my books into Carnegie Centre on a permanent
    basis and had permission from Carnegie Centre's Senior Staff to do so.

9. Also should I have had to remove my books for any reason I was in Carnegie Centre almost every
    day to pick up my mail. No-one  informed me to pick up my mail.

10. I asked The Woman Employee 3 times why she threw my books out and she always said the same
      false excuse.

11. I was also not asked by The Woman Employee to pick my books up.

12. Then The Woman Employee did say that French Canadians did receive my books, get this
      readers, out of her own hand! The Woman Employee said that French Canadians did come
      into Carnegie Centre and did pick up my books there.

Now for another statement.

The Drug Girl did say to me that French Canadians did come into Carnegie Centre and robbed the mail which was stored quite near to my stored books, and when The French Canadians did commit
this robbery of Carnegie's Mail they also did steal my books. I was told by The Drug Girl that French
Canadians were very ill known to rob Carnegie's Mail and that this was not the first time that they did rob Carnegie's Mail. The Drug Girl said that no-one caught The French Canadians robbing their mail.
The Drug Girl did say that it was well known that The French Canadians were constantly robbing
Carnegie Centre's Mail but that no-one could identify The Individual French Canadians that did do it. The Drug Girl said that it is unfortunate that my books were also stolen by the robbers The French
Canadians.

This act of giving my books away has caused me a lot of trouble. It took me 25 years to write some of
my books. I swear that I will never put this down. I am constantly looking around in order to find and
take to court these robbers, or The Woman Employee, the giver away of my books.

The Drug Girl by shouting all over Vancouver could very easily have caused this number 1 knife
attack.
This report is about number one knife attack against me.

1. I, Murray S. Fenwick, was working in Carnegie Centre in the kitchen.

2. I was washing a few things off in the main sinks when this knife attack happened to me.

3. A man stepped right up beside me right to my right.

4. The man held in his hand one eight inch long blade skinning knife that he  was using to work with.

5. The man thrust the knife which he held in his hand right at the right side of my chest.

6. The eight inch skinning blade struck me on the right bicepts area of my right arm.

7. The man had aimed the knife at the right side of my chest but he hit my arm.

8. The knife penetrated deep into my arm area but did slide off of my arm.

9. My arm hurt.

10. There was no cut wound.

11. The man then turned away from me and walked away.

12. The man was a known illegal drug user.

13. I believe that he was in Carnegie Centre being rehabilitated.

14. I talked with the man who did attack me with that knife, about attacking me with that knife and he
      remembered doing it. He did not remember doing it very much though.

15. He seemed to be very possibly on illegal drugs at the time he attacked me.

I do believe that someone hired that man to attack me with that knife.

16. Someone might have talked that man into attacking me with that knife.

17. The man who did attack me said to me that he had no thought in his mind about attacking me
      or any pre thought in his mind about attacking me.

18. He said that he did not know why he did attack me.

He said in a round about way that he did not know why "THEY" that is another person, persons,
wanted "Him" to attack me.

19. He did not know why "The Other Person, Persons" wanted to attack me either. 


The Drug Girl by shouting all over Vancouver could very easily could have caused this number 2
knife attack.
This report is about number 2 knife attack against me.

1. I was working in Carnegie Centre in the kitchen.

2. There had been an argument put forward by a woman named Trouble Maker who worked in
    Carnegie Centre in the kitchen that someone had stolen good cooked chicken that had been left
    over from a very important meal.

3. The chicken, we were told, was supposed to be re-used at another meal.

4. The woman named Trouble Maker blamed everybody for stealing the chicken.

5. No-one was ever proven guilty.

6. At one point Trouble Maker held a knife in her hand and threatened to kill me with it.

7. The knife was tied to her waist.

8. The knife was tied to her belt or had a string tied around Trouble Makers waist and then a short
    string to the knife.

9. The knife handle was wrapped up in a white tissue paper of some kind.

10. Trouble Maker had on a pleated skirt and the knife did sit within a pleat of the skirt and was very
      difficult to see.

It has been proven enough times that this woman Trouble Maker does threaten people very strongly.
I do believe that she has attacked people.

I was told that she is a woman who is somehow attached to some kind of Indian Movement and has
a lot of authority with Native People and through this authority attached to Native People she is given
a lot more authority than a person might, normally, at first know about right here in Carnegie Centre.


The Drug Girl by shouting all over Vancouver could very easily have caused this number 3 knive
attack.
This report is about number 3 knife attack against me.

1. I, Murray S. Fenwick, was working in Carnegie Centre in the kitchen.

2. In general this knife attack scene went on for about 4 days.

3. Then there was a sudden end when the knife threatening man made his very bad attack and threat.

4. I brought this to the attention in the past to the staff in Carnegie Centre.

5. The bad man with the knife can be identified quite easily.

What happened is the following.

6. The Bad Man with the knife was a cook in the kitchen but he was not the head cook.

7. The Bad Man tried to take authority over and above the kitchen personal and run the kitchen as the
    head cook but he was not the head cook and his commands were not obeyed. The Bad Man was
    trying to set up a false command.

8. When his commands were not obeyed The Bad Man made threatening statements.

9. Finally about the fourth day that The bad Man was working in the kitchen he lost control of
    himself and he threatened to kill me with his knife.

The Bad Man made several comments like the following.

10. The Bad Man said that he had worked a lot for The Indians of The Pacific Coast.

11. The Bad Man said that he was a very good cook.

12. The Bad Man said the I, Murray S. Fenwick, had to obey his commands or get stabbed and
      killed with his knife.

13. The Bad Man constantly waved his knife about in the air and would make threatening statements
      when he did so.

14. The Bad Man constantly said that I The Bad Man now have to get you, Murray S. Fenwick, to
      make such and such and maybe this time it is a salad and remember you know that you have to
      make it just way I, The Bad Man, order it to be made which would please all Indians or I will
      kill you immediately.

15. The Bad Man said that he would kick me, punch me and tear me to pieces.

16. This finalized by me separating myself from him.

17. Very soon my work in the kitchen in Carnegie Centre ended and I did not have to deal with The
      Bad Man any more.

Also the knife that The Bad Man used might have been an altered knife. The Bad Man's knife looked
like a twelve inch bladed kitchen knife that had a plastic handle on it but with the blade cut down to
about six inches or less for the blade length. The knife in general still remained in appearance like a
kitchen French knife.

The Bad Man made comments about his knife.

The Bad Man's knife seemed to be unique and re-made for him alone.

The Bad Man's knife could be very easily seen and identified as his knife.


This gun shooting could also have been brought about by The Drug Girl by her requesting it done by
her dirty friends.
This report is about the first gun shot that was fired directly at me to kill me.

1. I, Murray S. Fenwick, had just left Carnegie Centre.

2. I was walking down the back ally way directly behind Carnegie Centre.

3. This ally way runs in the same direction as Hastings Street.

4. Someone fired a gun at me and the bullet went by my left side.

5. The bullet was about the height of my lower ribs.

6. It was day time.

7. I stopped and looked about when I reached the end of the ally way.

8. There was not many people around.

9. I was about half way threw the ally way when the bullet was fired at me.


This gun shooting could also have been brought about by The Drug Girl by her requesting it done by
her dirty friends.
This report is about the number 2 gun shot that was fired directly at me to kill me.
This report is almost identical with the first one.

1. I had just left Carnegie Centre.

2. I was walking down the back ally way directly behind Carnegie Centre.

3. This ally way runs in the same direction as Hastings Street.

4. Someone fired a gun at me and the bullet went by my left side of my face.

5. The bullet was about the height of my face.

6. It was day time.

7. I stopped and looked about when I reached the end of the ally way.

8. There was not many people around.

9. I was about half way walking threw the ally way when the bullet was fired at me.


This gun shooting could also have been brought about by The Drug Girl by her requesting it done by
her dirty friends.
This report is about the number 3 gun shot that was fired directly at me to kill me.

1. I had just left the immediate area of Carnegie Centre.
2. I was walking in the ally way directly behind Main Street Needle Exchange.
3. A gun shot was fired at me.
4. The bullet missed me.
5. The bullet hit a police car sitting in the ally way.
6. The police car was a normal one.
7. The police car had quite a large number of police in it.
8. I do believe that the police car was hit with the bullet.
9. I do believe that it was possible for a police man or woman to be hit with the bullet.
10. I cannot prove to myself though that a police man or woman was hit with the bullet though.
11. I do know though that the police car was definitely hit.
12. The police in the car simply waved me away and I went on walking by to my own destination.
13. My own destination was going around behind quite a large Christian Church to see The Christian
      Church people who were about their vehicles.
14. I talked about this gun shooting several times to different people and to different groups of people
      but no-one was interested in looking into the case.
15. When this gun shot was fired at me I was walking in the direction from Cordova Street towards
      Powell Street.
16. I was about half way between Cordova Street and the back ally way which runs behind The Large
      Christian Church when the bullet passed me. The bullet was very low to the ground and might
      have skipped off of the ground before it hit the police car.

At a later date I did find out that a police man was shot a this same site in the stomach and had to be
rushed to the hospital. I do not know if that police man did live or die.

This shooting of the police man could have been the same shooting at me. Remember I did say that
the bullet did skip around. The police man could have been hit by that same bullet when he was either
standing beside the police car or when he was sitting inside of the police car. I do not know and I do
not know the out come of this overall shooting scene.


This report is about a young Indian girl named Informant. She worked at Centre as a cook.

1. This young Indian girl was a worker in Carnegie Centre.
2. The young Indian girl whose name could be Informant was a cook in the major kitchen there.
3. One day Informant was explaining illegal drug abuse to one of her friends while she stood in the
    kitchen door way.
4. Informant was in the process of helping to serve dinner.
5. I heard her talking about drugs that were illegal being sold in and about Carnegie Centre.
6. Informant said that very serious drugs were passed around in Carnegie Centre.
7. Informant was standing by a large wheeled serving cart that carried desserts for this particular
    dinner.
8. These desserts were set onto trays that were slid into this large wheeled serving cart.
9. Informant used this large wheeled cart and trays and desserts for explaining her ideas about
    illegal drugs being passed around in Carnegie Centre.
10. What Informant said is that illegal drugs were passed around in Carnegie Centre just like these
      trays filled with dinner desserts are passed in and across this large wheeled cart and all about in
      the kitchen areas.
11. Informant spoke or one might say Informant shouted this conversation out in a loud voice.
12. Informant seemed to be very upset about this illegal drug passing taking place in Carnegie Centre.

Unfortunately: ...
This is mind shattering readers.

13. Unfortunately Informant was found dead from an over dose of illegal drugs within about two
      weeks of this shouted out conversation.
14. It was said by the police or by Carnegie Centre that Informant did not necessarily die where she
      was found dead.
15. Reports were that Informant might have been carried there, to where she was found.
16. Informant was found maybe in an apartment or maybe near an apartment. This is uncertain.
17. Informant was definitely found though near to Carnegie Centre.
18. It is possible that by Informant's own statement that she could have been beaten up, "Then
      Injected With Illegal Drugs Right In Carnegie Centre Out Right" or possibly the near outside of
      Carnegie Centre then either thrown out of Carnegie Centre or thrown away from the immediate
      side walk onto the street where she was found.
19. Informant there died.

This line up of these wicked events about Informants death are accurate.


This is another report about another young woman who was illegally abducted by drug addicts who
ran and still do run with Carnegie Centre.

1. Her name is Little Moon.
2. She is about 20 years of age.
3. She went to Carnegie Centre for help.
4. She wanted help to come off of illegal drugs.
5. She wanted help to stop being a prostitute.
6. Little Moon immediately disappeared.
7. About 6 months later I found out where she disappeared, went to.
8. She was taken away from Carnegie Centre by a man who was attached to Carnegie Centre
    somehow.
9. The had a lot of illegal drugs.
10. The type of illegal drugs that he had were cocaine and maybe L.S.D.
11. He also had a certain type of "Sex Drug" which would make a woman go into a mental state
      called "STUPEFY".
12. Poor Little Moon did not even get out of bed for at lest six months.
13. Poor Little Moon was used excessively sexually and then thrown out of the bed that she was in
      and also out of the house that she had been hidden away in.

I do know from looking into this kind of rape sex scene in the past that people who are put onto that
drug that does "STUPEFY" them that it is very possible that the person does not come out of the
overall rape scene relating to that drug. The woman who has had that sex rape drug applied to her might not have a normal mind or body any longer. That sex date rape drug was studied in a town in
Ontario a little bit and it was found out that the women that had it applied to them for about 9-10
months continuously were what was named skin and bones there after. The Women could not gain
their weight back properly and their mind was ruined.

I, Murray S. Fenwick, did know Little Moon.
Little Moon was so beaten up that she did not remember whether the man who did apply that date
rape sex drug to her actually did somehow live in Carnegie Centre or was a man who did frequent
Carnegie Centre.

Never-the-less the man who applied that date rape sex drug to her did get an illegal hold onto Little Moon inside of the walls of Carnegie Centre. Little Moon and I are sure though that the man who did
apply that sex date rape drug to her did get an illegal hold onto her inside of the walls of Carnegie
Centre.


If you do not watch out and do good things then the following report can happen.
This report is about how worse can go to worse.

1. Carnegie Centre is known to have a lot of very serious trouble about, in it and about it.
2. One day quite a lot of people were murdered in and about Carnegie Centre.
3. Some people have lied about this murder scene.
4.Those liars have lied about everything about it.
5.I do not know just exactly how many people got murdered in this quite large murder scene.
6. There were dead murdered people piled up on every floor of Carnegie Centre.
7. Carnegie Centre has a basement, a main floor, a second floor and a third floor.
8. I could easily say that there were at least 30-35 dead people piled up on each floor and that does
    include the basement areas.
9. There were also a lot of dead murdered people immediately around the out side of Carnegie
    Centre all around about the immediate building.
10. Then there were a lot of dead murdered people all around the sidewalks and back ally ways and
      streets in general all over The Downtown East Side Area.
11. What caused these murders to take place I do not know and who did commit these murders I do
      not know.

Readers I do not know if the dead murdered people were killed in Carnegie Centre or were killed
outside of Carnegie Centre and brought into Carnegie Centre by the murderers themselves. It would
be very hard to carry at least 100 dead murdered people into Carnegie Centre from outside of the
building because Carnegie Centre is right in the middle of downtown Vancouver and it is likely that
someone would see the murderers carrying about the dead bodies. It is just as unlikely for Carnegie
Centre to have murdered so many people inside of Carnegie Centre for the same reason of being
seen while the murderers were committing the murders. Just how so many dead murdered people did
end up on all four floors of Carnegie Centre remains a mystery to me. Readers I am dealing with
Carnegie Centre right here. In The Downtown Eastside one can accept how the murderers got away
unseen when the dead were found all over The Downtown Eastside ally ways and byway etc. but the
murdered being found by the one hundreds full on all four floors of Carnegie Centre is not an easy
murder stunt to accomplish without being caught doing it.

Readers get this.
The murders were reported to all of the staff of Carnegie Centre.
All those who did report these many murders were told officially that the police have been informed
and everything is being taken care of.
THIS WAS COMPLETELY FALSE!

I do not know what was done with the human dead bodies outside the building that is called Carnegie
Centre.
BUT READERS GET THIS!
The dead human bodies were retained with the walls of Carnegie Centre for the only purpose of
"CANNIBALISM!"

I, Murray S. Fenwick, was a volunteer worker in the kitchen of Carnegie Centre when this great big
bad murder scene took place.

I, Murray S. Fenwick, along with some cooks and other volunteers who were very present in the
"Main Kitchen" of Carnegie Centre which is located on the second floor of Carnegie Centre did
catch The Drug Girl cooking many of those dead human bodies in various ways and selling them
as cooked meals right over the counter of "The Main Kitchen" of Carnegie Centre. Also when a
closer look was taken at this "CANNIBALISM" a lot of the human bodies were found butchered
and put into the cooler and about Carnegies Kitchen-area.

What was ever done about this murder scene and cannibalism nightmare I do not know.

Readers I do believe that absolutely nothing was ever done about this.

Now readers remember that I told you that because of The Drug Girls shouting around all over
Vancouver I did see some things that did take place also down the street in an old hotel where The
Drug Girl and her Drug Friends did live at one time.

Now readers let us go down the street to take a look at what I saw there.

1. I needed a place to live.
2. I met up with some people that I knew and talked with them about my needing a place to live.
3. They said to me to come on down the road and talk with the manager at the hotel where they
    did live. They said to me that it was quite a nice place to live.
4. My friends told me that their hotel had a nice big kitchen where everyone ate out of.
5. You could cook food for yourself in this real nice big kitchen.
6. If you wanted to buy a meal you could do that in this hotel kitchen too.

Readers what happened is the following.

7. I went down the street and went into the hotel and sat down on the lounge couch and talked for
    a while with my friends.
8.  After a while my friends said that they thought that they should show me around the hotel to see
    if I liked it.
9. Up the hotel's stairs we all went.
10. There must have been 7 or 8 of us.
11. My friends showed me all over the hotel.
12. My friends showed me around this old quite large hotel two or three times in order that I did get
      a good look at it.
13. I was thinking of renting a room there.
14. I talked with the hotels management about renting a room there and the hotels management was
      very positive in renting me a room in their nice big old hotel.
15. The hotels management just told me to keep in touch with them and they would go ahead with
      renting me a nice room.

Readers, during the waiting time for me to rent a room something disasterous took place in the old
hotel.

16. The Drug Girl who also did live in this big old hotel went nuts and attacked a lot of people.
17. The Drug Girl with her drug friends even threw people off of the roof of the old hotel which did
      result in the people dieing from the fall.
18. All of the dead were taken into the hotels kitchen and were cut up and cooked in the ovens
      and eaten.

Readers, there was a lot of people killed right here by The Drug Girl and her drugged friends.

This is also where The Drug Girl's friend might have disappeared at.

After this murder scene and cannibalism scene the old hotel shut down for renovations and one of the
things that was removed from the old hotel's land site was the old hotel's lavish kitchen.


This report happened to be found out by myself accidentally but it does go with the preceding report
therefore it is one and the same report.

1. I had a bad situation happen to me, that was directed at me, from British Columbia Housing.
2. I was supposed to get a British Columbia Housing living accommodation and the British
    Columbia Housing local building manager took the position of having personal dislike towards me
    and the argument that did happen out of that man's dislike for me did end up in me not getting the
    British Columbia Housing accommodation to live in.
3. Because I was promised this housing the case went to court with the proper people in British
    Columbia and I won the case.
4. The local British Columbia Housing manager did though rent my suite to someone else anyways
    and I did not get the suite after all.

At any rate this overall situation brought about a very serious, pointed review, of the whole scene
that did happen to me with British Columbia Housing and this is how this information did come to
my attention.

5. There was quite an important British Columbia, lawyer set, very near to where I was living asked
    to handle this terrible case.

Well the lawyer set had once been local but was now located all the way across town.
I will not mention their names or the name of their office for the government of British Columbia in
order that I do not get into trouble even further over this issue but should this case go to court then I
am willing to name the lawyers and the government office that did deal with this seriously troubled
scene of my housing and The British Columbia Housing.

6. What happened is the lawyers did have their public government office quite close to where I lived.
    That was just a little while ago. They moved quite recently across town.
7. Their office had been just across the road from the old hotel that was just down the road from
    Carnegie Centre.

When I talked with the lawyers about the murder and cannibalism that had happened just across the
street in the old hotel and just up the street in Carnegie Centre they all very seriously slumped down
in their chairs almost falling out of their chairs onto the floor with utter amasement. The lawyers were
very shocked the extreme that such a terrible scene had happened just across the street.

8. It became known in The Downtown East Side Community that there was severe knife and gun
    attack trouble at the lawyers office.

This is where I explained to the lawyers just what kind of trouble they faced in their office unknowingly.

9. Obviously the murders and cannibals were in the lawyers building and right at the door of the
    layers office trying to kill and eat them.

This did prove to be the truth.

10. The lawyers did not see this when they were located in The Downtown Eastside Location.
11. But once the lawyers and I did talk about the knife fights and the gun shots and the human blood
      that was left on the floor of their building right outside of their office door they immediately did
      recognize the facts of what really did take place in their building right outside of their office door.
12. The lawyers did believe that they were next on the murders, the cannibals list to be murdered and
      eaten.

For certain readers this scene did take place and for certain no-one can remove the facts that the
murderers and the cannibals were right on the door step of the lawyers office and striking as in
hitting the lawyers office door at times in a hard fashion.

The lawyers just about vomited out their breakfast when I did talk to them about this scene. They
knew that they very easily could have been the murderers and the cannibals very next victims.

This scene that has been proven to have taken place in the lawyers building and right in front of the
lawyers own office door is directly connected to Carnegie Centre just up the street a little ways and
the old hotel right across the street and all of what did take place in the local community.


This report is about my visit to The Mayor's Office located at City Hall about these issues.

I will  start this report off just right by telling my readers the following. Every week Carnegie Centre
goes across town to City Hall. I do not know why they do go to City Hall but they do go there all of the time.

1. I went to talk with The Mayor and to give him my report on these issues that I have written up here
    and to talk to him about getting involved in a good program to stop the trouble at Carnegie Centre.
2. When I went across town to City Hall to do this I met with The Mayor's Secretary.
3. The building called Mayor's Offices Etc. were under renovation at the time and I was asked by The
    Mayor's Secretary not to use the elevator in the building to go upstairs to see The Mayor Himself.
4. Because City Hall was under renovation at the time The Mayor's Secretary had moved her desk to
    the main floor of the building near the main door and she did meet people there.
5. I met The Mayor's Secretary there at her desk right at the front doors of City Hall where The
    Mayor has his main office at.
6. I talked with The Secretary about what I wanted to talk with The Mayor about and I showed her
    my report.
7. The Secretary showed a lot of interest in my report and asked to sit down as comfortably as the
    under construction building would allow and that she would go herself with my report in her hand
    directly to The Mayor Himself and talk with him immediately about my report. The Mayor's
    Secretary was gone for up to possibly one hour and thirty minutes in The Mayor's office waiting
    for The Mayor's decision as to what to do about my report and talking to The Mayor about my
    report. The Mayor did report and so did The Mayor's Secretary read my report. The Secretary was
    gone for a long time both reading and talking to The Mayor about my report as The Mayor did
    read my report also.

What came out of this is the following.
After a long time The Mayor's Secretary came back to me and talked with me about what The Mayor
told her to say to me. The Mayor's Secretary did show great concern over my report. The Mayor's
Secretary also did not necessarily agree with The Mayor's judgment as to what to do about my report.

8. I say no bad thing about The Secretary because she did show such a lot of concern for my report
    and what I was talking about.
9.But I do say something terrible about The Mayor.
10. The Mayor said through "His Own Personal Secretary" to me that he read my report and he did
      not want my report on City Hall's property.
11. I was ordered by The Mayor to get right out of City Hall.
12. I was also ordered by The Mayor to go out of City Hall through a long hallway which did lead
      to a aback door that I was to leave City Hall by.
13. I was also ordered by The Mayor to stop and report to another Secretary of The Mayor at an end
      room along that hallway.
14. I did go along that hallway and did stop and ask to speak with The Secretary to The Mayor there
      in the end room.
15. The Secretary was a woman and very polite and did not necessarily agree with The Mayor's
      judgement about my report.
16. The Secretary told me that The Mayor was not pleased about my report.
17. Then The Secretary asked me to give over my report to her.
18. When I did give my report over to her she did open the report up and read parts of my report and
      then said that "yes this is your report".
19. Then The Mayor's Secretary did give me my report back to me.
20. Then The Mayor's Secretary did say that she has to tell me to leave City Hall under The Mayor's
      own order.
21. The Secretary then told me to carry on down the hall and to go out the back door of City Hall.
22. The Secretary then  told me to carry on down along the sidewalk until the sidewalk turned to
      the left.
23. I was ordered by The Secretary to turn left and to carry on walking on off City Hall's Property.
24. I was then ordered by The Secretary to walk off of City Hall's Property.
25. I was then ordered by The Secretary to never again come to City Hall.

I, Murray S. Fenwick, does believe that The Mayor, that is The Mayor himself is committing crime
with Carnegie Centre.

I, Murray S. Fenwick, does believe that The Mayor, that is The Mayor himself is involved in the
murdering of people and of cannibalizing those murdered people right in Carnegie Centre's own
main kitchen and other kitchens throughout the Lower Main Land of British Columbia.

I, Murray S. Fenwick,. does believe that The Mayor, that is The Mayor himself should  be locked
up in Farm Colony Road Mental Jail Hospital located in Coquitlam for the rest of his life.


This report is about a college in Vancouver named Vancouver Community College.

1. Vancouver Community College is located in The Vancouver Downtown East Side.
2. The street address of Vancouver Community College is not written on the main entrance to the
    college or there abouts.
3. The college seems to front onto Dunsmuir Street.
4. The college takes up a whole block.
5. Other streets that The Vancouver Community College is located on are Hamilton Street. There is
    a number about the door that leads to the college on Hamilton Street. The number is 607.
    Another Street that the college fronts onto is West Pender Street. There is a number about the door
    that leads to the college on West Pender Street. The number is 250. Another street that the college
    fronts onto is named Cambie Street.
6. There is a public park just across the road from the college on the West Pender Street side of the
    college.
7. The area of this park is definitely involved in this case report.
8. The Park is named Memorial Park.
9. Memorial Park is perimeterd by the following roads. 1. West Pender Street, 2. Hamilton Street,
    3. Cambie Street, and 4. Hastings Street.

1. I, Murray S. Fenwick, became a student of Vancouver Community College to study a course
    that was interesting for me to learn.
2. The Vancouver Community College is located in The Downtown East Side District of Vancouver.
3. The Vancouver Community College is located just down the street from Carnegie Centre.

I have a reason to write this report this way.

4. The Vancouver Community College is located just down the street from Carnegie Centre and The
    Old Hotel and All The Other Garbage Can Dumps that are located within the boundaries of The
    Notorious Downtown East Side that is not any different than The Notorious Surrey District or any
    other district of Southern B.C.= Before Christ=British Columbia, Canada.

To keep this report short.

The Vancouver Community College is beset with all of the problems that are known to exist in the
area called The Downtown East Side.

5. I, Murray S. Fenwick, when I was attending The Vancouver Community College did escape from
    being murdered and cannibalized no less than 4 times.
6. My time spent at the college was ruined and cost me my time preparing to go to college etc.
7. Attending The Vancouver Community College ruined my work and also did ruin me forwarding
    my education.
8. Many people were murdered around about me. Many women were murdered here.
9. Many people were cannibalized around about me. Many women were eaten here.
10. Many people were found murdered and roasted and eaten in Memorial Park.

I  escaped with my life.

I went back to Carnegie Centre and reported all of this to them.
Carnegie Centre Said:
"CARNEGIE CENTRE SAID THAT WE NOT ONLY WORK AT THE VANCOUVER COLLEGE, MURRAY, WE ALSO DINE THERE."

I, Murray S. Fenwick, immediately packed all of my cooking utensils and ran right out the front door of Carnegie Centre and then I ran all the way home. I then jumped into my bed and hid my head under my pillow. "I PRAYED FOR SWEET DREAMS AND A BETTER TOMORROW."


Readers I figured out a positive way to end the trouble within Carnegie Centre. My positive way is
just now following.


1. Carnegie Centre is ran by a few government staff.
2. Mainly Carnegie Centre is ran by a lot of volunteers.
3. The volunteers are generally speaking criminal drug addicts.
4. You could start cleaning out Carnegie Centre by not allowing any drug addicts to volunteer at all
    for any kind of employment what-so-ever.
5. Then you could clean out Carnegie Centre of all trouble makers by having a card issued to the
    people who are eligible to be a member of Carnegie Centre just like the card that is now issued to
    the members  who are eligible to be members of Carnegie Centre but with a slight adage to the
    card itself.
6. The members card could be like the permanent bus pass that is issued to pensioners once a year for
    a small amount of money.
7. There could be an electrical box put right at the incoming door that is made just like the electrical
    box that is placed right at the front of the local buses which is made to work in harmony with the
    permanent but pass.
8. If you have A Carnegie Pass then you can come into Carnegie Centre.
9. If you do not have A Carnegie Pass then you cannot come into Carnegie Centre.


Readers it is that simple.


I, Murray S. Fenwick, have made personal letters containing these positive changes be made at Carnegie Centre and Other Helpful Centres in and about Vancouver but Carnegie Centre and Other
Public Centres do not regard my letters and simply do throw them away.


It does appear to me, Murray S. Fenwick, that helpful change policies are not wanted at Carnegie
Centre and Other Helpful Centres in Vancouver and in The Vancouver Area.


This "BAD ATTITUDE" that Carnegie Centre and Other Helpful Centres do put forward enough to
all positive idea people leaves me thinking that Carnegie Centre and All Other Helpful Centres that
do exist in Vancouver and in The Vancouver Area do not want any positive change what-so-ever.


This Very Negative Attitude Towards Positive Growth that is put out by Carnegie Centre and All
Other Helpful Centres in Vancouver and in The Vancouver Area does lead me, Murray S. Fenwick,
to think that Carnegie Centre and All Other Helpful Centres in Vancouver and In The Vancouver Area are "EVIL" just like "CITY HALL IS EVIL".


The following addition could be added onto The Helpful Services that are put forward by Carnegie
Centre and All Other Helpful Centres that are located right on the streets nearby All Of These Helpful
Centres in Vancouver and In The Vancouver Area that do check out people medically for improper drug imbalance in their bodies and other medical services.
1. They are The Helpful Emergency Trucks Of Various Descriptions that are operated by Highly
    Trained Personal that offer help to the local needy.
2. This is definitely not being done "PROPERLY" at this present time. 2014 Anno Domini.

This report is about The Golden Forty Niner's Religious Beliefs.

1. I, Murray S. Fenwick, have known several Golden Forty Niner's.
2. Not one of them have a Religious Belief or Spiritual Belief.
3. Some of The Golden Forty Niner's have said  that they do not want any Religious
    Beliefs or Spiritual Studies around about them.
4. Some Golden Forty Niner's have said that they have work programs that do
    positively oppose Religious and Spiritual Studies.

The Golden Forty Niner's, when they hire people for work, do not hire people with a
Religious Belief or Spiritual Study. I have witnessed Golden Forty Niner Empoyees
being very outspoken against Religious Beliefs and Spiritual Studies.

5. I, Murray S. Fenwick, have been introduced to Golden Forty Niner's and to Golden
    Forty Niner's Employees and none of them have ever talked with me about Religious
    Beliefs or Spiritual Studies.

I, The Lord Buddha, Murray S. Fenwick does say that this is a discredit to The Golden

This is a small report about a family of people who did live in The Victoria area in 1969. I believe that they do still live at this house residence. Also I do need to know if you are the person to talk to about this murder scene. In The United Kingdom I have found out in the past that the people who I was told to talk to about similar murder scenes did not do one single thing positive to help out the innocent people.

1. The family name is two names.
2. One of the families names is The Music Family.
3. The other family name is The Let's Get Married Family.
4. They live just off of Rockland Avenue in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Their home is
    talked about as being located up just off of Rockland Avenue.
5. I got to know The Music Family in about the year 1969.
6. The reason that I got to know The Let's Get Married Family is I was to get married to The Let's
    Get Married Families daughter who's name was Miss Attractive. Through my relationship with
    Miss Attractive I also did have a relationship with The Let's Get Married Family. "The Situations"
    that did happen between Miss Attractive and I would take at least a month to write out but would
    be of very interesting facts about this overall murder case should any serious court need the
    information.
7. Because I got to know The Let's Get Married Family I did also get to know The Music Family. At
    that time of my life I was A Known Poet and A Known Folk Musician in and about The Victoria
    Area. The Music Family and Miss Attractive and I would spend the evenings playing nice music of
    Folk Traditional Standards of North America and of Spanish Leyenda Standards of Spain.
8. The Music Family were all musicians especially the father who's name was Mr. Spanish Guitar
    Himself.
9. Mr. Spanish Guitar Himself is one of the finest Spanish Guitar Players that a person is ever likely
    to meet.

At any rate.
Just after I got to know The Let's Get Married Family a lot of trouble did happen in and around about The Let's Get Married Family.

10. A lot of illegal drugs were found around about The Let's Get Married Family.
11. A lot of fighting of different kinds was found in and about the Let's Get Married Family.
12. The Let's Get Married Family was found to be involved in a large "RUFF" gang that did
      "ILLEGALLY WRECK" a lot of houses and "MANSIONS" in The Victoria area.
13. The Let's Get Married Family and this Big "RUFF" Gang did attack the people in "A NEW
      HIGH-RISE APARTMENT BUILDING" in The Rockland Area and did successfully kill,
      "THAT IS MURDER" at least one hundred and twenty people.
14. There were sex exhibits made by The Let's Get Married Family on The Grounds Of Victoria
      University that were completely out of place.
15. There was a bomb blown off in The Let's Get Married Families garage that did wreck their
      garage and also did wreck a very expensive large bottle collection that was stored in their garage.
16. There was also an attempt to murder my very own life, that is the life of Murray S. Fenwick, by
      The Let's Get Married Family.

I believe that The Let's Get Married Family=The Music Family is a member of a large gang that I have already written a report about in my blog system in The Internet. Should it be found necessary by The ARA I can write them a more full report about the dirty scenes that The Let's Get Married Family=The Music Family were at that time involved in.
